Casamia
We were introduced to Peter and Jonray Sanchez-Iglesias by their friend Josh Eggleton. This started an ongoing working relationship involving the design of a new restaurant incorperating elements from their well loved Michelin starred Westbury-on-Trym site.
It proved to be a challenging and rewarding experience, working with Control Induction and heritage developer City & Country to hand over the best kitchen and restaurant that the brothers could imagine.
Our relationship with Casamia continues to today with the development of the Paco Tapas and Pi Shop restaurants with Peter.
Sadly, during the development, Jonray lost his battle with cancer, which focused all efforts to really outdo ourselves and create an enviroment fit for one of the best restaurants in the country, but also to serve as a fitting memorial to a brave man.
Casamia was awarded a Michelin Star in the 2008 Guide and has maintained it for 10 years.
